Due to hygiene and safety regulations, cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item is defective upon arrival

To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Services, consultations, digital products, and personalized recommendations are non-refundable.
